My stay at Cape Cod Holiday Estates was fantastic! The cleanliness and comfort of the room stood out, and I appreciated the friendly staff. Although the recreation area was closed, I had a lovely time using the pool and wandering the trails. The location made it easy to access nearby beaches and amenities, which was a real plus. I wish the weather had been better during my visit, as I couldn’t fully enjoy all the outdoor activities.

My stay at Cape Cod Holiday Estates had its highs and lows. The cottages were spacious and nestled in a quiet, wooded area, providing a nice escape (I loved the privacy!). However, the facilities felt dated and could use some TLC, especially the pool which was disappointing. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but some areas could definitely be improved.

While the staff was friendly and helpful, I felt a bit overwhelmed with the lack of services. I had to strip my own beds and take out the trash, which is not what I expected for the price.
Location

The location is lovely, surrounded by nature, but it is quite far from shopping, restaurants, and the beach. I definitely needed a car to get around.
Dining

We enjoyed some tasty sandwiches from a nearby shop which was a great lunch option after a day out. Plus, the kitchen in the cottage made it easy to prepare meals.

The facilities, including the indoor pool, felt dated and not well-maintained (the pool was quite disappointing). I think they need to invest in some upgrades to improve the overall experience.
